Nomination for Archdiocese of Philadelphia
2010 Distinguished Catholic School Graduate Awards

From: Most Reverend Joseph P. McFadden, Auxiliary Bishop of Philadelphia

The Distinguished Catholic School Graduate Award was established in 1991 to recognize graduates who have made outstanding contributions and achievements. Through their continuing commitment to the values of a Catholic life, they have inspired an appreciation for the values of the Catholic school tradition. Since its inception, seventy-seven recipients have been selected for this prestigious award.

Each year, the Award ceremony instills a great sense of pride for the gift of a Catholic education. It is an excellent way to highlight individual schools as well as the distinguished graduate. Certainly among your peers there are many wonderful Catholic role models. Please take this opportunity to nominate them for consideration.

Nomination should be submitted on the form provided. You may copy this form for additional nominations. To complete the nomination process, please be sure to include a current address, phone number, parish, and name of the nominee’s current pastor. It would be helpful to have a list of achievements/contributions attached to the form in addition to your brief remarks. To be eligible for the Award this coming year, nominations must be received by June 30, 2009.

We look forward to reading about the many exceptional achievements of the graduates you nominate. If you have any questions or would like further information; please contact Regina DiGuilio at 215-587-5664 or e-mail us at schoolmaster@adphila.org. Thank you for your consideration and support.
